Blueberry Avocado Smoothie

Serves: 2 ** Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
– 1 avocado, diced
– 2 cups frozen blueberries
– 6 ounces blueberry Greek yogurt (around ½ cup)
– 1-2 cup milk or water (I used almond milk)
– ½ cup ice
– ⅛ teaspoon vanilla
– Sweetener to taste

Directions:
1. Add 1 cup of milk and all of the remaining ingredients to a blender. Puree until completely smooth.

2. Add milk ¼ cup at a time until you reach the desired consistency. Cheers!
