Victoria Beckham is in amazing shape and it is due to her intense fitness regimen. She runs works out six or seven times a week! Usually, she does three miles of running in the morning and then works out with her personal trainer. She also loves doing SoulCycle classes.

Her workout is also in 5 phases: cardio warm-up, lower body circuit training, upper body strength, abdominal strength and then a cardio cool-down.
Olivia Munn
Olivia Munn is toned and gorgeous. She grew up doing taekwondo and before preparing for her role in X-Men, she began a new diet that she attributes a 12-pound weight loss too.
She tries to eat 20-80, where 80% of her diet is fruits and vegetables and 20% is anything she wants. She tries to eat organic plant-based meals as much as possible but also leaves room for enjoyment.

She eats a lot of lean protein and believes in eating a little bit of everything in moderation. In terms of exercise, she loves swimming, doing sit-ups and also jogging. Her father was actually a marathon runner.

Nicole Richie is as slim as ever. She practices portion control and tries to eat 1,200 calories a day or less. She focuses on omega-3’s, proteins and vitamins. She eats wholesome foods like grilled chicken, brown rice, vegetables and some fruit.
She also does juice which she has stated clears both her mind and body. Additionally, she trains regularly and likes to change it up. She dances runs, uses elliptical machines and does weight lifting.
Khloe Kardashian
Khloe Kardashian has always been beautiful in our opinion, and recently she looks better than ever after losing some additional weight. Want to know her secret? She follows a special diet under the guidance of her nutritionist, Dr. Phillip Goglia, that is called “G-Plan.” Goglia is the co-founder of the nutrition platform that designs a diet based on the user’s metabolic body type. This diet requires Khloe to eat 7 meals a day of mostly vegetables, fruit and fatty fish.
For breakfast, she usually has a whey protein shake with almond butter. She snacks on fruit throughout the day, and tries to stay hydrated. She avoids dairy, soda, whole wheat bread, juice, and soy products. Khloe works out about 5 times a week and does spinning, hot yoga, and circuit training.

It is based on the 75/25 idea; 75% of the food you eat should be healthy, and 25% can be splurges.
For exercise, she doesn’t always have time to workout and simply focuses on moving as much as possible. She wears a pedometer to track her progress, and also enjoys spinning and wrestling.
Bethenny Frankel
Reality TV star, natural chef, real estate mogul and entrepreneur, Bethenny Frankel, always looks amazing. She doesn’t believe in following strict diets. She says one thing that helps her stay in shape is keeping healthy food and staples in her refrigerator and freezer.

She loves variety with her diet too. She loves organic cold-pressed juices, salads, and meals with tons of fruits and veggies. We can also hope we look half as good at her age!

Megan Fox follows The Paleo Diet to keep in shape. If you are unfamiliar, the diet focuses on eliminating processed foods and eating foods like meat, poultry, fish, herbs, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. It is high-protein, low-carb and low sugar.
Fox has stated she feels much more energetic after following the diet. She works out with her trainer 3 times a week at her home and also does Pilates, cardio and spinning classes.
Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Osbourne has lost a total of 75 pounds and looks beautiful. She has been very open with the public about her struggle with food and emotional eating. She made some key changes that she accredits her weight loss to.

It is a low-carb Mediterranean style eating plan. The diet consists of six small meals a day and switching the total caloric consumption by the week to avoid hitting a diet plateau.
Cameron Diaz
Cameron Diaz is gorgeous. She follows The Mediterranean Diet which focuses on fresh produce, whole grains, proteins and healthy fats. It encourages eliminating processed foods, sweets and eating late at night.
She tries to never skip breakfast and includes a healthy fat like avocado. Diaz believes in doing some exercise every day. She goes to the gym and often does yoga.

Ariana Grande has a beautiful body. She is trained well by Harley Pasternak. Ariana has been a vegan the last few years. She eats a lot of sweet potatoes, raw vegetables like peppers and carrots, and tofu for protein. She snacks on blueberries throughout the day.
