At just 26 years old, it’s unbelievable how much Miley Cyrus is worth. Clearly, her $20 million worth of properties was nothing her financial advisor had to worry about. One of her recent purchases was the $2.5 million Malibu home that has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sitting on just over two acres of land, the home is a 1,384 square foot home with a master suite that has a private balcony. The home also includes, heated stone floors, a cook’s kitchen and outside, an outdoor jacuzzi, gazebo and two car garage equipped with an electric car charging port. Cyrus opted for lots of earthy colors and greenery both inside and around her home.

Together with his wife, actor Rob Lowe transformed their Georgian-Style house into the dream, which is probably why they were featured in Architectural Digest. Each of the 20 rooms is decorated with modern luxuries, such as their custom gym or game room, but also incorporating an old English style. Not to mention, they have a gorgeous pool with fountains and a hot tub. Though Lowe paid $42 million for this property, he paid more than $6 million in renovations and redecorating.
