Pawn Stars star Rick Harrison resides in Oregon where he has an 8.845-square-foot home that is in a gated community. He resides in Red Rock Country Club and the house is valued at $3.99 million. The house was built in 2001 but looks as if it was built in 1985. He and his wife spent over half-a-million dollars in renovations. The finishings and fittings of the home are extremely expensive, the outside is made from Jerusalem limestone which is in itself valued at more than $1 million, the flooring is $45,000. Rick’s wife is apparently a fabulous designer and has great taste, however, the house was spared no expense before the pair were even involved.

Selleck’s 65-acre ranch in Ventura, California is a sight. The ranch actually used to be an avocado farm, Selleck now nurtures the land and cares for the 1,500 trees. Selleck paid over $3 million for the home, which is complete with eight bedrooms, stables, corrals, a helipad, pool, pool cabana, a tennis court, and a golf practicing green. He and his wife previously lived in Hawaii but now love their ranch and regard it as their sanctuary.
