Coachella is a popular music festival in Cali, drawing attendees from all over the world. Famous celebrities are among the dedicated festival-goers, sporting their unique and ever-so-stylish outfits. We’ve compiled a list of the most memorable outfits from this years event. Fashion fabs and fails round out the list for 2018.

The popular music festival is a 4-day event, split into two consecutive weekends. Tickets for the highly sought-after event sell out quickly, and don’t come cheap. People travel from all over the globe to attend the music event of the season. For LA based celebrities, the drive isn’t bad, but for those coming from Australia, China, and Japan, to name a few, the trek is legendary. The event is held at the Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert. Celebs become one with nature, lounging in the grass all day, taking in the sounds of the performances. The event takes place in April, a beautiful time of year in Cali, well I guess all year boasts amazing weather!

Celebrities view the event as a time to flaunt their stuff, similar to a red carpet event, their outfits known to push boundaries. Most choose a boho-inspired look to adhere to the surrounding natural elements, but others choose to shock with truly unique get-ups. Crop tops, cowboy hats, and flowers galore are not uncommon to see among the lot. Oh, and let’s not forget high-waisted jean shorts and crotchet. Attendees claim the outfit is the most important part, planning their attire for the event months before. Sounds like prom, or your wedding! These festival-goers are taking no prisoners.

Crochet is never going to go out of style, especially not during music festival season. Model Kendall Jenner definitely knew this when she wore a beautiful crochet-knit dress back in 2016.

She accessorized the iconic outfit with layers of chunky jewelry, round retro sunglasses, and strappy sandals. Let’s not forget about those twin buns that completed the look!
