During the initial days of her career, Paige Spiranac won 5 tournaments in 7 tries on the junior golf circuit in Colorado. This included the Connecticut Women’s Golf Association Junior Stroke Playback in 2010.

Throughout the 2012-2013 season, Paige saw a boost in success. She got First-Team All-Mountain West honors, fifth-place honors at the Cal Classic, sixth-place honors at the Mountain West Championship, and a nineteenth finish at the NCAA Central Regional Championships.
