One more point: the food. Israel’s geographic location allows it to have restaurants and food shops from Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Some even say the food is the best part! Sure, everyone loves falafel and hummus, but we have some unique gems you won’t see anywhere else! Wait, just one last question. Did you know Israel has almost as many high-tech companies as California? We hope you already know some of these things, but if you don’t we understand. Unfortunately, whenever you see any published information about Israel it usually focuses on political issues, the government, and the military. This collection is not that.
