It is pretty known that dogs can pick up on things that we humans can’t. Dogs have an amazing sixth sense that enables them to feel certain things and subtle emotions that humans just don’t notice. An English woman named Alhanna Butler had found out she was pregnant, and she and her fiance were overjoyed. However, their dog started acting odd. The Akita started poking and whining at Alhanna’s belly for hours on end. Alhanna ignored the weird behavior until she found out the reason behind it.

Pets have this special sixth sense where they’re able to sense things humans can’t. From energies to true danger such as approaching storms, you should always listen to your pets when they seem like something is off. Alhanna and her fiance, Ricky, were from South Yorkshire in England. They would soon learn that their dog, had this special sixth sense. However, the question is whether they listened to her when they needed to.

She got so worried that she and Ricky rushed to the hospital. Her doctors made sure to run several tests and check anything that could be wrong. It goes without saying, but pregnant women have a higher risk when it comes to medical problems.

Strangely enough, the doctors weren’t able to find anything out of the ordinary. They explained to Alhanna that the back pain she was experiencing was due to the weight of the baby.

The doctors said the baby was putting pressure on her body which resulted in back pain. They explained to her that it was a completely normal thing to experience during pregnancy. Alhanna then went home, believing the doctors.

After she returned home from the hospital, Alhanna logged onto Facebook to tell her friends what had happened. All her friends immediately told her to listen to Keola’s instincts as animals typically could sense things humans couldn’t.

One day, Alhanna had to go to the pet store to pick up a few things for Keola, so she took her as well as Lincoln. They all had such a blast looking at all the animals in the store.

The Result
While she was still pregnant, Alhanna’s mother kept saying she should go back to the doctor for more tests, and finally, Alhanna agreed to go back. Her mother was certain that the reason Keola was acting so strange the entire time was because of the medical problem Alhanna must be having, and sure enough, she was right.
The Result
It turns out that Alhanna was suffering from a severe double kidney infection. If she hadn’t gotten the right treatment in time, she could have died. Luckily, she listened to the advice she got and to Keola’s warning signs and got it checked in time.
