Hippopotamuses are massive creatures. Generally, adult males reach a weight of 3,310 pounds, while female ones weigh 2,870 pounds. While they are huge creatures, they can still run at a speed of 30 mph. However, they are pretty small when they are still young. We want you to look at this baby hippo with her mom. Before hippos give birth, they retreat to have alone time and come back after 10 to 14 days. Newborn hippos are born below the water and weigh anywhere from 55 to 110 pounds.

Wild Boars On The Hunt
Whoa, will you look at this wild boar? The huge animal, together with its offspring, was spotted checking out a dumpster in Hong Kong. It was no ordinary dumpster either as it was one beside an elementary school. We hope that the person who took the photo let the school know that this animal was outside. They are fearsome and strong animals that can use their snouts to lift rocks weighing 40 to 50 pounds. Males weigh 165 to 220 pounds on average and have canine teeth that grow as long as 4.7 inches.
