As he recounted what happened while they were filming the episode, Steve Harvey shared that the player was visibly sweating. The host even said that he himself sweats a bit while in the studio with the cameras rolling because of all the lights shining down.

Harvey went on to say, “He was the captain [of his team] and he was sweating profusely, to the point where we had to change his shirt. And you know, I was trying to joke with him, but he was sweating too hard.” It was clear that something was very wrong.
