Under the guidance of her new personal trainer, Karen abided by an intensive workout regimen paired with a strict diet that was low calorie, high protein, and high carb. It did not take long for her to lose the paunch that she had, but it brought a new set of “problems”. She was gaining muscle that she did not ask for! Karen quickly fired her personal trainer when these developments became more noticeable.
