Later in 1991, they were engaged and by 1994, married. In 2000, while in Las Vegas, Dion and Angelil renewed their wedding vows – a total “AWW” moment. During their many years together, the couple had a son and later twin boys. Sadly though, in 2016, Angélil passed away from cancer complications.
