Legendary actor and avid environmentalist, Leonardo DiCaprio casually bought an island known as Belize’s Blackadore Caye. Back in 2005, he bought the 104 acre isle and began investing millions to transform t into an eco-friendly, luxury resort. Now, the island has 36 villas, which will be sold for $5 million each, and 36 residential homes. With construction closing up, we have to applaud Leo for a job well done. All the work was down with local materials and powered by, you guessed it, solar panels! In addition, just reusable water bottles will be permitted for sale and every vehicle on the island will only use clean energy. Of course, food will come from local sources and be organic.

Reese Witherspoon, forever a Hollywood classic with Legally Blonde, but now a celebrated HBO actress and executive producer on Big Little Lies, lives in a gorgeous 10,000 square foot mansion in the Pacific Palisades. Besides her family bedrooms and master suite with its own private living room, she’s got at least 3 guest suites. Of course, the basement has a professional screening room and full gym. Then out back, there’s an infinity-edged pool and outdoor living room. Luckily, Reese was able to equip her home with the latest security system and even a manned guard booth right inside the driveway gates.
