As anyone could imagine, giving birth to seven babies would require a little more than just one nurse. Not only was this septuplets birth the first for the parents, but it was for the entire birthing staff too. Two days after the babies were born, each and every staff member who helped came together for this incredible photograph.

Even though the press was following Bobbi’s pregnancy, they were taken by surprise when she went into labor early. Camera crews and reporters swarmed to the Iowa Methodist Hospital Center in Des Moines, each one hoping to get the first story back to their headquarters.
