Eventually, when everything was furnished and ready for the new family of ten, a special ceremony took place. Their brand new 5500 ft² (511 m²) house stood waiting for them to make it a home. Clarke Companies Chairman Lloyd Clarke handed the keys of their new home to Kenny in the garage of the house.
