Jennifer Connelly got her start a bit earlier than most celebrities on this list. In fact, she worked as a child model, appearing in advertisements and magazines before landing her first acting gig in the crime thriller Once Upon a Time in America. This led to her first leading role in the horror film Phenomena. From there, her career took off. Connelly would eventually go on to win an Oscar for her performance in A Beautiful Mind.
