Lola Falana

Lola Falana got her start from Dinah Washington and Sammy David Jr. Though a New Jersey native, she first rose to fame in Italy, and did not make an impression on the American market until her debut in the Liberation of L.B. Jones in 1970. She also worked as a dancer in Vegas, earning herself the nickname “Queen of Las Vegas.” In 1987, Falana was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and retreat from acting. She made a brief appearance in a local theatre production in Branson, Missouri in 1997, but now she mainly focuses on helping children through a program called Save Sub-Saharan Orphans.

Jaclyn Smith

Jaclyn Smith is best known for her stint as Kelly on Charlie’s Angels, but she had many other roles on shows and films like The District, Christina Cromwell, and Bridal Wave. She was also one of the first celebrities to get into fashion and design their own clothing line. Since 1997, she has been married to Dr. Brad Allen, a Houston cardiothoracic surgeon. In 2003, she battled breast cancer. A documentary released years later detailed her experience.
