Loretta Swit

Though Loretta Swit is best known for her role as Major Margaret in M*A*S*H, the Emmy Award-winning actress also wrote A Needlepoint Scrapbook in 1985. Though she’s set her acting aside since the 90’s, Swit did do some voiceover work for the upcoming film Play the Flute, scheduled for release in 2019.

Debbie Harry

Debbie Harry, born Angela Tremble, is the lead singer of the band Blondie. The band released their first album in 1976 to great acclaim. After a fifteen year break, they began making music again in 1997. Inspired by Elton John and his devotion to charity, Harry works to fight cancer and endometriosis. She said, “After witnessing Elton John and his tireless efforts against HIV/AIDS. These things are important to my life now. I have the privilege of being able to get involved, so I do. I applaud people like Elton John, who have used their position to do so much good.”
