Teri Garr
Teri Garr, beloved for her role as Igna in Gene Wilder’s Young Frankenstein, went on to have a very successful career. She starred in such films as Tootsie and Close Encounters of the Third Kind. In 2002, she announced her multiple sclerosis diagnosis, retiring from acting in 2007. However, she now serves as the National Ambassador for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in addition to being the National Chair for Women Against MS.
Cicely Tyson
Cicely Tyson got her start as a model before making the leap to acting. Well known for her roles in films such as The Autobiography of Miss Jane Pitman, Sounder, Roots, and King, Tyson is still acting, even at the age of 93! She most recently had a role on the popular TV series How to Get Away with Murder.
