The concept worked in the top photo because they were clearly working with a newborn small enough for their hands. However, the little one in the second picture is larger and older, and can express their feelings better, which resulted in this adorable look on their face. It looks like the baby knows this won’t end well if they get dropped by hands that are too small, which prompted the silent, “Help me!” Actually, we’ll take the funny and adorable second picture any day.

We don’t think we need to tell you which photo shoot ended in disaster. Some bribery must have been involved in the first photo because how else would they get the children to look really happy? Whether they were bribed or they simply are genuinely happy kids, this kind of photo shoot doesn’t seem easy to do, judging by what happened in the bottom photo. It’s pretty ironic the kids are holding up letters which spell “JOY.”
