Absentees
As much as absenteeism is not beneficial for the students, when it comes to the teacher’s sanity this is a huge help. There’s always at least one student in the class that constantly misbehaves or disrupts others, which of course makes a teacher’s job so much more difficult. So naturally, students who don’t show for school make the teacher very happy. They also know that this day they’ll be able to get through their lesson a lot more smoothly.

Its well knows that when you constantly think negative thoughts, you can attract negativity in your life. And when it comes to young children, this is no different. One of the major responsibilities that come with being a teacher is the obligation of making sure that their students are always in the right frame of mind. Along with this, teachers should carefully weigh by which students truly need a little ‘pick me up’ chat from time to time. Children really do strive for encouragement and motivation.
