Celine Dion has had a number of movie hit singles, and that is part of the reason she has been asked over and over again to perform at the Oscars. She has performed there more than any other artist. She performed her record-setting 6th performance in 2011 when she sang the song “Smile.” The performance was in honor of celebrities who died during the last year.
