Cultural Diversity Is Not Yet Widely Accepted
The Hells Angels Motorcycle Club has always been rooted in its own history and rules. It has only begun to be more culturally diverse in recent years. In the past, the members of the club had primarily been of Caucasian descent. There are also a lot of folks with Hispanic heritage in the mix. The cultural diversity of the group differs from one charter to another. It is worth noting that some charters are still as strict as ever.
Strict Rules They Follow During Club Meetings
When members of the club get together for meetings, they have to follow certain rules. The guidelines have since become known as Robert’s Rules of Order. They were invented in 1876. At first, they were supposed to be used in business meetings. However, they were later introduced to the Hells Angels. These rules help make the meetings democratic. Among others, they need to stick to the agenda, can ask questions, and only interrupt when need be. Anyone who breaks the rules pays a fine of $100.
