An Unusual Ticket
Tinted windows do not normally get pulled over. Most cars with tinted windows are nothing unusual since they can actually help keep one safe since it prevented the sun from getting in the eyes. As you can see, Michael was not about to hand this person the usual ticket. It is normally only handed out when the tint is way too dark. In general, cops are too busy for tint tickets but this one caught his attention.

Michael decided to pull the car over and talk to the driver because of this shady tint on the windows. The 26-year-old state trooper then flipped the switch and made a stop in order to turn on his lights and siren. The driver was notified that they were getting pulled over and stopped by the end of the highway. We are sure the driver was already waiting for the typical scenario in which they paid a certain fee and received a scolding. This was not what happened, however.
