LEX LUGER, 60 YEARS OLD

The professional wrestler Lex Luger used to go by the moniker “The Total Package.” You can say that his career peaked back in the 80’s and 90’s when he competed in both the World Championship Wrestling and the World Wrestling Federation. Luger actually played football as well, and he even played for the Miami Hurricanes in the NFL! However, he had to completely quit sports when he suffered a spinal stroke in 2007. He is still active in the WWE, though nowadays he works as a member of the Wellness Policy team instead of in front of the camera.

RICHARD CHAMBERLAIN, 84 YEARS OLD

Richard Chamberlain got his big break when he landed the lead starring role in the NBC series Dr. Kildare. We bet the older readers recall him as the young intern James Kildare who works at the fictional Blair General Hospital! The success of the drama show gave him plenty of acting opportunities for both the big screen and the stage as well. You will find him in King Solomon’s Mines, The Bourne Identity, and The Thorn Birds. You might have a hard time believing someone else played Jason Bourne before Matt Damon, but it’s true. Another interesting bit of trivia? Richard Chamberlain was openly gay, and he was even involved with his Allan Quatermain and the Lost City of Gold costar! Nous Deux was the first media outfit to have publicized this in 1989, and the actor confirmed it when he released his autobiography Shattered Love in 2003.
