We’ve talked about Julie Andrews, so how can we fail to mention her The Sound of Music co-star? Actor Christopher Plummer played Captain Von Trapp in the movie, and he continues to act. Do not make the mistake of thinking that he is a weak and fragile man just because he is now 88 years old! It seems like he is not banking on retiring any time soon. In fact, he had just been nominated for an Academy Award for his work on the 2017 mystery film All the Money in the World.

The star is best known for portraying Jennifer Marlowe on the sitcom WKRP in Cincinnati, and she even earned multiple nominations in this role. She has been complimented by many fans by likening her to icons like Marilyn Monroe and Jayne Mansfield! She was even cast to play Mansfield in a TV movie about her life story. Apart from this, she also appeared on the big screen in projects like The Lonely Guy, Stroker Ace, and All Dogs Go to Heaven. Today she has found love again with her present husband Bob Flick, a member of the folk singing group ‘The Brothers Four.’
