This is another joker dressed as Raiden from the hit video game series Mortal Kombat. People who don’t know already know that this figure can control lightning and is very strong. Obviously, this guy doesn’t have that much power; he’s just trying to scare everyone who goes into this elevator. He seems to be doing pretty well, too. Most likely, the poor man thought this guy was totally crazy. There are lots of wackos in the world, after all.
