Lisa Marie has revealed that Michael Jackson tried to force her into having a child even though she did not want one. She explained, “We would have three-day arguments, taking a break to eat or sleep”. After the divorce, she thought it was offensive that Debbie Rowe got pregnant only two months later. “He would tell me, ‘Debbie said she’ll do it.’ That’s how he knew to handle it, ‘If you’re not going to do it, this person will,” she explained.

Lisa Marie talked about the death of her former husband and expressed that she now wishes she did more to help the King of Pop. In an interview with Oprah, she said, “I wish I’d saved him, I know it’s naive to think that I could’ve, but I wanted to.” She has also revealed that she suspected he had a substance abuse problem but only realized it when she filed for divorce. It dawned on her when he was hospitalized for a viral infection, although clues pointed to substance abuse.
