He has worked for The Phil Donahue Show as a TV show host for more than two decades. Phil did not expect, however, that his career as a host would lead him to meet his wife-to-be. The next big thing at the time was Marlo Thomas. She was in the series That Girl and appeared on The Joey Bishop Show. They quickly started going out on dates after she appeared on Donahue. They had already tied the knot by 1980. Ever since then, they have not lived separately. They’re both going to participate in the upcoming documentary called Bella!

Susan Saint James – Dick Ebersol
In 1981, when he decided that his heart belonged to another Susan, Dick Ebersol was still married to his ex-wife, Susan Stafford. He divorced his wife and got married that same year to Susan Saint James. They have had three sons together since then, one of whom sadly passed away. However, even their child’s death wasn’t enough to separate them. Susan filed for divorce in 2002, but they reconciled quickly. We know Saint James from series such as McMillan & Wife and Upload as of 2020. On the other hand, Ebersol is a senior NBC Universal Sports & Olympics adviser.
