Kanye West and Solange Knowles Vs. Leroy Mitchell (2018)

Kanye West and Solange are both being sued for copyright infringement by Leroy Mitchell. Mitchell goes by stage name “Prince Phillip” and claims the artist stole from his song “If We Can’t Be Lovers” with their songs “Everything I Am” and “Fuck the Industry.” Surprisingly, Mitchell is listed as a co-writer on both songs already.
