We completely understand if you are too timid to ask for an upgrade by “bribing” the people at the front desk. A subtler technique is to ask to see the other rooms. Hotels normally try to get the worst rooms occupied first, which makes perfect sense. It won’t hurt to ask since you might end up with a room that is equipped with a great view! Would you prefer looking out the window and seeing this view, or a dumpster?

Normally, you wipe the mirror over and over with a towel, but why not rub a section of the mirror using a bar of soap? The next thing you have to do is buff the surface using a dry washcloth. The soap ensures that the condensation does not collect on the mirror. Do this every few days to cut down your grooming time in the morning!
