Back Into The Boat
It was then that Allan scooped the animal out of the water and then took it back to the boat. The fox was clearly scared and moved away from the fishermen right away. It huddled in the corner, all cold and wet. The situation of the fox became a lot worse over the past couple of hours. They were very worried.
Unanswered Questions
The cold and the wind ruffled the wet fur of the poor fox. Even though Allan and Cliff had towels to warm and dry it off, they still knew it was possible the animal might attack them. How long was it going to take before the fox started to trust them? Was it even going to survive the ride back to the shore?
