Nastya Shubskaya was born to shipbuilding tycoon Kirill Shubskiy and actress-director Vera Glagogeva. When she met Alexander Ovechkin, they instantly knew that they had found the perfect person for them. After several months of dating, they let everyone know of their engagement in 2015. They tied the knot the following year in “a small private wedding” in Russia, his home country.
