Marita Geraghty was in Groundhog Day before she joined the set of “Seinfeld.” If you want to see her on the show, she was in an episode from the sixth season called “The Big Salad.” It involves George going into petty mode after buying a salad for his date, who hands it to Elaine instead. However, what truly annoys him is that he did not even get any thanks for it, but she did. Things get even pettier when Jerry dumps Margaret after he learns that she used to go out with Newman.
