Tell-All

The BBC tell-all started with the couple re-telling the story of their special day. The proposal actually happened a few weeks before the release of the announcement. It took place at Kensington Palace at Harry’s cottage. Harry explained, “It was just a standard typical night for us,” Meghan continued saying, “Just a cozy night… Just trying to roast a chicken.” Whilst preparing dinner as a couple, Meghan explained that “It was just an amazing surprise, it was so sweet and natural and very romantic.” Markle spilled the deets as she said, “He got on one knee,” as she smiled from ear to ear. She explained how she was so excited and once she actually realized he was proposing she didn’t even let Prince Harry finish the question.

A Nice Moment

Harry glanced at Meghan and said, “It was a really nice moment, it was just the two of us and I think I managed to catch you by surprise as well,” At this point, the couple had been dating for a year and a half. After the engagement and announcement, Harry was questioned at a photocall where an individual asked when he knew she was the one for him. The Prince graciously replied, “The very first time we met.” They were not even married and the public was already planning the next revelation. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were married at Windsor Castle on May 19, 2018. The guest list included an array of celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Serena Williams, David and Victoria Beckham and of course, the tens of millions of individuals tuned in and watching the whole saga on their television screens. Markle’s gown was an unbelievable Givenchy design. Her gown was accessorized with a diamond and platinum tiara- borrowed from the Queen’s compilation. The couple’s friends and family came from far and wide to witness the incredible matrimony, the only individual missing was Markle’s father, Thomas Sr.
