Single-Slice Cheeses
When you are a young millennial with limited funds, you would assume that they are fond of eating single-slice American cheese. It is a cheap product that comes with enough preservatives for a lifetime. However, this is not the case for the younger generation whatsoever. As a matter of fact, it would seem like millennials forgo them for more diverse, more expensive, and healthier cheeses. These varieties are loaded with fewer preservatives and make for better snacks when they invite their friends offer for some wine and cheese. Velvita and Kraft have both been experiencing a decline in sales since 2014.

Mayonnaise
We doubt anyone foresaw the fact that mayo is no longer common in the household. While it has been a staple condiment for a long time, millennials have generally stopped buying and using the product. The chances are high that you would see flashier and more expensive condiments on their food. If you go somewhere “hip”, you should not expect to find mayo on the ingredient list because it would not be there! You would not find it their fridges either.
