Sam Elliott played “Ron Dunn” in 2013 for Parks and Recreation. In an interview with AV Film, he confessed just how much he loved the role he played: “God, the opportunity, when it came along, it was a no-brainer to do it, ’cause I’m a fan of the show. Even after nearly 50 years in this business, I still feel like I’m lucky every time I get a decent job, but an opportunity to work with people of that ilk… I mean, they’re really smart people, and they’re doing something to give you a laugh. It was a pleasure to be around those guys.”
