You guessed it, its Ocean’s Eleven, Steven Soderbergh’s tribute to the revamped version of the Frank Sinatra escapade. Of course, this is all makes Nevada look so grand! Some more brilliant Nevada- set films include not one but several super films, The Hangover, Hard Eight, The Misfits, Casino, Honeymoon in Vegas, Leaving Las Vegas, Viva Las Vegas, Shanghai Noon, The Cooler, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and Tremors.
New Hampshire
Can you imagine if your favorite board game was actually real? That’s exactly the assumption in the heart of the film, Jumanji played by a front runner actor Robin Williams, who is part of the New Hampshire family that is shaken by the real-life dangers of a jungle game. The end may come as a major surprise- as it is really quite moving. Looking for some more New Hampshire-set movies, well wait no longer. What About Bob?, Affliction (1997), Lolita (1962), On Golden Pond (1981), and the extreme revised version of The Rules of Attraction.
