Michelle Jenneke is yet another talented female athlete who made headlines, although the stories are not necessarily about her victories. The hurdler placed silver in the 100m hurdles during the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics. The vibrant athlete has made a name for herself with the fascinating warm-up routine she employs before each race. In 2013, she graced the much-awaited Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. She is more than just eye candy, however. The Australian also went to Sydney University to study mechatronics!

When the 2018 Winter Olympics rolled in, there was a lot of interest in the members of Team U.S. This alpine skier was one of the figures fans were eager to watch during the tournament in Pyeongchang. Lindsey Vonn previously placed gold for her downhill performance back in 2010, so she set a lot of expectations this time around. She only placed bronze last year, although this is nothing to laugh about! She has a number of World Championship titles under her belt as well, after all.
