The Cambridge’s Are Close To Being Successors
After Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles is next in line to the throne. As the second in line with the throne, Prince William will be next after him. The third, fourth, and fifth respectively are Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Prince William is likely to be given a chance to become king in his life. He would be prepared to perform his duties, and at least one day, one of his children would do the same thing.
But Not For Archie
Sixth in line to the throne is Prince Harry, so it is implausible that he will ever be elected as king. The couple designated Archie as “Master” because they did not give him a royal title. Jonny Dymond, BBC Royal correspondent, commented that Harry and Meghan did not intend to raise Archie as a formal royal member of the family. Hence, they decided to forego the royal title.
