WD-40 can help you clean the strings of your guitar but it also helps keep them safe from damage. Before you go wild with your guitar-playing, make sure to do this: spray some WD-40 onto a piece of cloth and then wrap it around the strings by pressing your thumb on one side and the four other fingers on the other.
