At some point Bobbi and Kenny decided that it would be best for the family to step out of the limelight. They wanted to have a normal and private experience with their new babies. They decided to only make public appearances for the babies’ birthdays. But it wasn’t a decision they made on their own, they had an influence.

The Quintuplets
The Dionne quintuplets were born in Ontario, Canada in 1934 to Elzire Dionne. They grew up in a difficult environment, being used as a ‘circus-like’ attraction for tourists. They rushed to warn the parents of the septuplets of the harm that too much exposure could cause.
