The Vests Are Considered To Be Sacred Objects
If you want to know if a person is a member of the Hells Angels, check if their vest comes with the insignia. Upon becoming a proper member, the prospect receives a vest that has the name and logo of the group on the back. Julian Sher said that the vests are sacred objects to the members.
