Humans are most vulnerable when they go to the restroom. Anything might catch you off guard when you sit down to do your business. The phone ringing or the doorbell ringing is usually unexpected. People rarely expect to find a fully grown snake in their toilet. And, sure, that has happened to individuals. A carpet python was discovered in the toilet of one Australian woman.

In Nottingham, a guy named Barrie Green crawled through a manhole and found himself looking at a full-sized sofa. Barrie quickly concluded that the piece of furniture could not have been flushed down the toilet. It had to have been pushed down the manhole in some way. Such a feat would have required tremendous strength. It’s still a mystery how it was accomplished in the first place, let alone how it didn’t produce any clogs.
