First things first, Luke needed to ask his parents for permission before starting to plan the in’s and out’s of building his tiny home. Luke’s parents, Greg and Angie Thill immediately realized that their son was on a serious mission. So they decided to give him the go-ahead to build his home on the four-acre property the family owns.

Dad’s Rules
When he began the project, there were a few simple rules to follow given to him by his dad, Greg. Luke’s the owner, Luke has to raise the money on his own, and build it on his own. These sound like some tough rules to follow but thanks to Luke’s determination, things were moving in the right direction.
