Animal Playmates
Aside from the local tribes children, Tippi’s playmates were animals, including monkeys. Known to be one of the animal kingdom’s most intelligent animals, monkeys have many similarities to present day humans. You can see here the bond and deep understanding between Tippi and the animal. She gently caresses his hand as if they are carefully studying each other.

Learning From Turtles
Tippi was home-schooled through her early years. Her parents did not only use their knowledge but also the wild environment in teaching their daughter everything she needed to know. Her parents must have incorporated the behavior of animals in different lessons. Turtles can teach us great lessons like patience and determination to reach your goals. After Tippi trying a public school, her parents later realized that the best choice for her was actually home-schooling.
