The Transition Was Hard

The transition was hard for Tippi, especially the first two years. Her parents attempted to assimilate her into society by having her attend a local Paris state school, but unfortunately, she did not have a lot in common with other children, so she began home-school. To ease her desire of being around animals, her parents bought Tippi a budgie. According to her mom, “It would go everywhere with her, even on the train, flying right by her side, sitting on her head or falling asleep on her shoulder.”
