Mia had the corrective surgery in 2014 to connect the lip and palate properly. Jase and his wife were nervous about the surgery that their precious daughter would have to go through. But they were amazed at the amount of support that they received from their fans at the time. It must have been the time when they decided to start their own charity that would focus on helping children who have the same condition.

The Mia Moo Fund
Jase then started to work on raising funds for the foundation that he and his wife Missy made in honor of their daughter Mia. The organization was named the “Mia Moo Fund.” Cute, right? They did something that was personally important to them and also to pay tribute to their beloved daughter.
