Clare expressed, “We were verbally promised a full refund for our group, we received only a refund for my ticket, they need to refund 5 more tickets for our group.” Both Clare and her boyfriend James, feel like the system used to check dress codes should be re-examined.

Despite following the dress rule, Clare still felt targeted and was almost denied entry to the event. Not to mention, she was the only one to be kicked out of the prom when there were 500 teens present.
