Although she has quit the sport in 2012, we cannot deny how Misty May-Treanor established herself as one of the greatest names in the field of women’s volleyball. She won Olympic gold on 3 different occasions. With her on the squad, the U.S. national team reigned victorious in the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics. Many people have praised her and Kerri Walsh Jennings for making up “the greatest beach volleyball team of all time.” In the years that have passed, she has gotten her Master’s in Coaching and Athletic Administration. Robin Bone
It is true that Robin Bone did not exactly exceed the high expectations people had of her when she came into the scene. Despite this, we cannot deny that this Canadian athlete is one of the best pole vaulters that the sport has ever seen. She is only in her mid-twenties, so she has a lot of years to achieve her true potential. As we all know, Canada might be the best place to excel in pole vaulting with the likes of Alysha Newman and Kelsie Ahbe making waves of their own.
